Protocol 4 – Technical Requirements of Vehicles

This Protocol specifically describes the technical requirements of vehicles agreed to be permitted to use for the movement of goods under the ACTS.  The Protocol covers the following:

and Annexes A – E which provides pictorial description of the physical requirements of the trucks.

This Protocol will be under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Transport, however the enforcing authority of the requirements of this protocol will be a national decision.
