The ASEAN Secretariat, together with ASEAN Member States and in close cooperation with the International Trade Centre (ITC) under the EU-ASEAN Sustainable Connectivity Package (SCOPE) – Trade project funded by the European Union (EU), is pleased to announce the upcoming 2025 ACTS Symposium “Bridging Borders: The Future of ASEAN Customs Transit System.” The event is scheduled to take place virtually on 30 June 2025 at 09.30 AM (GMT +7).

Share implementation experiences, impediments, and challenges
-
Discuss practical solutions and ways forward
-
Enhance public and stakeholder awareness of ACTS
-
Review the overall progress and adoption of the system across the region
-
Propose future upgrades and system enhancements to support seamless regional trade
The 2025 ACTS Symposium will serve as a key opportunity for dialogue and collaboration as ASEAN continues to strengthen cross-border connectivity, streamline transit procedures, and promote trade facilitation across the region.
