A Guide to ACTS for Transit Operators
This document outlines the basic prerequisites, operations and processes that a registered trader needs to undergo during a transit operation under ACTS. The guide helps the trader prepare, declare and monitor a transit movement from departure through transit and at destination. The guide also provides information on other aspects of transit movement including using of security seals, routes, travel times, managing diversions and incidents along the route.
